Chewing gum does not seem like much, but it can be helpful for people who want to get rid of a double chin in different ways.

People who chew chewing after a meal are happier with what they ate. This makes them less likely to take extra snacks. Chewing gum can help people who lose weight reduce their caloric intake in their diet.

Chewing gum is a small exercise for the muscles of the face, especially for the jaw. Chewing chewing gum regularly may contribute to the total loss of fat on the chin, although this is probably not a lot in itself.

 Yawns like Lion

·       The purpose of this exercise is to open your mouth wide, pulling your tongue as far as you can, like a yawning lion.

·       It can be an excellent exercise to strengthen many muscles of the chin, neck and face.
·       Sit or stand in a relaxed position. Open your mouth as much as possible and pull out your tongue as much as you can.

·       When done correctly, the muscles of the neck, chin and jaw must contract.

·       Press the tongue for 10 seconds and relax. Repeat this process ten times and continue with another exercise.

Use Cocoa butter

The use of cocoa butter regularly improves the elasticity of the skin and thus avoids the flaccidity of the skin. The flaccidity of the skin and the loss of elasticity of the skin are an important cause of double chin.

·       Heat a few tablespoons of cocoa butter and massage gently on the neck and double chin.
·       Leave it for at least 30 minutes.

·       If you do it twice a day, before taking a bath in the morning and going to bed at night, the double chin is considerably reduced.

Drink Green Tea

Green tea helps to eliminate water retention that could be the cause of your double chin. Caffeine effectively prevents water retention because of its diuretic properties. Even if your double chin is overweight, green tea remains effective because it can also help reduce this excess fat by increasing your metabolism. Green tea contains relatively little caffeine, but also amino acid L-theanine, both can help lose weight and reduce double chin.
