Alcohol

Alcohol reduces testosterone. Alcohol consumption is a big problem in the country and it is certainly one of the reasons why men develop a big belly when they reach middle age. Personally, I have never liked alcohol and I do not drink it at all.

Drinking too much alcohol increases the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which will increase the percentage of fat, especially around the stomach, in men. In addition, moderate alcohol consumption in men can reduce plasma testosterone levels by up to 7%.

Soy

Soybean, soy lecithin, soybean oil and other soy products contain phytoestrogen isoflavones, which can mimic the action of estrogen by activating estrogen receptors. Soy also interferes with iodine intake in the thyroid, which suppresses the thyroid gland and leads to low levels of testosterone in men.
